I’m a Registered Dietitian and lifestyle educator with a deep passion for helping women over 40 rediscover themselves—body, mind, and soul with the power of art. I guide women who are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply stuck in life to reclaim their health and purpose through a gentle, holistic approach grounded in creativity and self-care.

Here, we believe that small, intentional changes spark big transformations—and that art isn’t just for artists; it’s a tool for healing, clarity, and joy.

Through my unique blend of science-backed wellness practices and simple, accessible art techniques, I help women:

How I work

I work very closely with my clients. Understanding their food preferences, lifestyles, likes, dislikes, social life, family composition and so on. All these aspects are an important part of one’s life and have an impact on managing diabetes. Hence I focus a lot of the various components of health i.e physical, mental, social, spiritual and so on. On my You Tube Channel I talk about the various components of health.
